Approach
Each session is co-designed and based on the needs, experience and personality of the student. The class can vary depending on the desired length and the time of the day, as well as the capabilities and priorities of the participant(s). It can include the deepening of inner awareness, yoga for the eyes, sun salutations, asanas (postures), relaxation, pranayama (respiration), chanting and/or mediation.
At the end of the session, the student should reach a state of relaxation and of harmony between the body, the heart and the head.
Classes can be taken indivdually or in small groups. They can take place either at the studio in Nice, outdoors or at a place of your choosing.
